Richard W. Warner, Esq.

 Mr. Warner is a native of Kane & Kendall Counties, Illinois, where he graduated from Marmion Military Academy, H.S. He attended Illinois State University on a Violin Performance scholarship, graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree in 2001. Mr. Warner then obtained his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School (now the UIC School of Law) in Chicago in 2006 where he made Dean's List and was licensed to practice law in Illinois that same year. He has since been admitted to practice before the U.S. Northern District of Illinois, the 7th Circuit Federal Appellate Court, numerous pro hoc vice admissions in various States, and routinely practices in Kendall, Kane, DuPage, and Will counties.

Attorney Warner is an active member of his community, presently holding the positions of: the Village of Oswego Municipal Law Judge, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oswego Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Board of Directors of the Kendall County Bar Association (Secretary) and President of his HOA. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Fox Valley Orchestra, as a volunteer instructor of the Introduction to Law and Mock Trial course at Marmion Academy, and was a Candidate for Judicial Appointment to the 23rd Judicial Circuit. In his limited spare time, he enjoys spending time with his loving wife and two young children, golfing, riding motorcycles, and DIY home repair.
